Hit the nail on the head. These companies want ppl to have all of these requirements and don't really want to pay people for their skill level. I've been on some of job sites and the shyt they ask for at the entry-level ridiculous. 5+ yrs of experience to start out in a new industry. I just think at a lot these companies expectations on certain level are crazy & unrealistic.

Great job. The more companies we start and contracts/clients/customers we serve, the more we play a part in job force creation and in society. Keep up the good work!

Yeah and don't nobody want to work at a establishment with a shytty supervisor, shytty co-workers, & shytty pay unless they just downright have to take the job to pay the bills or support a family. Not trying to work a job I'm not interested in or just over the top demanding with no upward mobility.

That's real. There was this video from some startup founder from lebanon (I think) where he said the worst thing you can do is prepare your kids to go work for someone else as opposed to a family business of sorts because there is a chance to have something to show for it. It was about making the most out of your situation and being creative I'll try and find it.
Exactly. fukk waiting for someone to value you as an employee when you feel undervalued and know your own worth. Start your own digs where you can truly capitalize off of your talents.
