and fukk it ill say it von miller and doom wouldnt have as many sacks without peyton either, i mean its hard to get sacks when u dont the entire game, and nikkaz running it down your gut

but yea alot of players on our defense was young last year, alot of young players stepped, r. moore, wolf, woodard, chris harris, tony carter, i hope we can get tracy porter back tho before out first game

I agree 100%. With the Colts, Manning gets team out to early lead. Defense pins ears back, Mathis and Freeney rack up more sacks than any duo in that time period.

Being up early does wonders for a pass rush

I think Von is better than Freeney was even at his peak, because he's actually a threat in the run game. He had an outstanding year last year as well.

the thing I hate about talking about Manning's year is that it always starts with talk about his neck which should have no bearing on the MVP race. The problem with the MVP in all sports is that they vote a lot of times for the story and not what happened on the field. I think Peyton had a great year overall but if you take away the neck surgery I don't see how his season is much different than Brady's. While Peterson has had one of the great seasons ever for a running back while being pretty much his team's lone offensive threat and still got them into the playoffs. The MVP is Petereson's to me easily.

I must know you somehow cause that's what i'm saying to people too. minus the injuries, AD season has been better and more valuable imo

Manning was medically cleared. People act like the nikka was paralyzed and shyt.

If the colts was in contention he probably would've played last year at some point. The Bronco's had talent. The ONLY thing the media keeps saying is how he got chemistry with the WR's like he didn't have a FULL OFF SEASON with them.

Peyton did good, and its a good story, but Peterson's season is historic.

They both came off injuries but its most VALUABLE player and the Vikings would be looking at a top 5 draft pick if not for Peterson. Broncos play in a weak division and I think still make the playoffs without Seyton.

The fact that in week 17 this is a legit question is good enough for me. What Peyton and AD did this year can't be placed into words or marginalized by postseason awards. We just witnessed amazing feats of dedication, will, preparation, and skill...and 4 neck surgeries and a blown tire couldn't derail their respective greatness.

:salute: them both!

What big wins did the Broncos have this year? Took L's to Houston, NE and ATL. Should be AP

So we're crediting his defense for the 13-3 record...but holding the three losses against Peyton.

Three losses where he threw for 900 yards w/ 6 TDs and 3 INTs (all INTs in one game).

did you miss the memo? Thats always been how you attacked Peyton Manning. Place all the blame on him for team losses even when he clearly performed exceptional
