This...I turned down a job for Tesla there. I considered it because the $$ but ultimately who would willingly move to Buffalo they are building out a massive Data center as we speak. The focus was Nvidia GPU and related infrastructure for AI and the sheer scope let's me know the usage and reliance on AI in 5-10 years is going to be unimaginable breh.
