Why Israel's strike on Syria doesnt make sense.

I'll start the thread off with one major point: It isn't even in Israel's interest. Think about it... There is a civil war going on in Syria...What better to reunite a divided Syria than Jewish folk attacking their homeland.....Why would Israel want a united Syria??? That is unless it's an attempt to get other major regional players involved in conflict...like Iran for example. Is the war with Iran avoidable??? I don't think so...Unless you are a believer that Chuck Hagel will actually make a difference in U.S. Foreign Policy. From what I have seen in the past I dont believe he will...but we will see.

Theres a civil war fighting Assad do you think Syrian Liberation whatever they call Themselves this week would like him to have more missiles or less? This isn't going to unite Syria. Things are really shaky in Lebanon right now as well there may be a civil war there next. Insha Allah

I wish we lived in a time when all the money being spent on bombs was spent on education and a war on poverty ... but I'm slowly starting to realize that this is not going to happen under this administration... I want to be sympathetic towards Syria and muslims but at what these niccas(muslims) be doing to black africans.

I think the Sunni's would rather take out Syria, and Iran before Israel.
This isn't about countries as much as it is total Sunni domination of Islam.
The Gulf States have all the cards. That's the reality.
America would mop the floor with the whole region just to defend Israel.
So attacking Israel is out of the question.
