If so go to tinypic.com on the bottom of the left hand corner its going ask if u want to upload a image or video click image, and click upload and it will bring up your folders and just find whatever folder u have the pic saved in, if u on the phone upload the pic do twitter or Facebook and just post the image URL(web adress) to this site
