Why is Vin Diesel treated like a God in the Fast & Furious movies?

I just watched Fast Five last night on the plane, and the way he's shot (camera-wise) in the movie is like he's a superhero. I hate his voice & how slow he speaks btw. I'm surprised he doesn't get voiceover work.

The movie was entertaining as shyt, but who can't help but laugh at the corny, ridiculous parts in the script, the predictability, etc.

This last movie was practically like Fast & the Furious + Bad Boys + Ocean's 11.

I hope there's another tho.
