lets also add neil o'donnell, bam morris, and yancey thigpen

haley had montana, young, aikman, roger craig, emmitt, novacek, irvin, alvin harper, moose johnston, jerry rice, johnny taylor, and dwight clark on the other side of the ball. with the exception of the 2000 ravens, no team ever won a super bowl winning games 7-6 or 13-9. with neil o'donnell at qb, that's basically what the steelers were attempting to do.

kevin greene retired 6th all-time in sacks (160) and with the most by a linebacker. haley barely made the 100 sack club with 100.5. so take away the rings, which are pretty overblown when determining individual greatness in the game of football, and a argument can be made for kevin greene being the better player.
