He’s a fucc boy but he didn’t deserve his bush

He said fucc FBA and the mods got in they feelings

We need to stop being disingenuous about ppl who are anti FBA

Saying fucc FBA does mean actually mean fucc ppl who are foundational black Americans

It’s literally saying fucc the brain dead followers of Tariq Nasheed only

That’s the problem with Tariq being the face of the movement

Ppl have a problem with him and his little Twitter space cult, but the less intelligent aren’t able to make a distinction
Well damn zay :leon:

Right, and you and I would be able to make specific products and trademark them with the Foundational Black American (Foundational Black American Hair Coiler for example) label as well if the term ever took off and thus a became subject to "trademark erosion".

:duck:

No.

You are a god damn liar.

Only one person can use the term at a time if it is trademarked. "African American" was abandoned on numerous occasions and picked up by someone else once the trademarked wasn't renewed by the previous owner. This was discussed in that thread

Anyone can click on all of the abandoned trademarks for "African American."

Only one person can hold that trademark not a bunch of people. And Tariq ain't letting that trademark expire. So you just got exposed for lying and making up shyt. :camby:

I see multiple registered "African American" trademarks from multiple people on that link you provided for me :skip:

No. That link is all of the applications filing for "African American" to be trademarked. Now click on each one of them and you'll see that either they 1) didn't follow up and were rejected or 2) the trademark expired.

That's why I posted them. There is literally only one who has the "African American" trademark right now and it's a beauty supply company.

That link exposes you for the liar that you are.

Bro I don't think you understand what you're reading or saying or what I'm saying. I definitely don't understand what you're saying at all. :skip:

My guy...there is only 1 trademark specifically for "African American" it's the first link you posted. The same one I keep saying is the only trademarked company that uses "African American." There are no multiple companies called "African American" only. That's where you got caught in a lie trying to say everyone can use FBA if the government got ionvolved.

Those other links you are posting are variations:

AFRICAN AMERICAN APPAREL AA
AFRICAN AMERICAN FILM CRITICS ASSOCIATION
Those are not ethnicities or races. there is no ethnicity or race called AFRICAN AMERICAN APPAREL AA:mjlol:

So if a person were to attempt to trademark FBA it can only be in a variation. like "Foundational Black American pet food" but they can't just use "Foundational Black Americans" only as long as Tariq owns that.

I updated my posts with more because I was legit confused about what you're talking about. And you also were confused about what I was talking about. I legit don't even know what you're arguing with me about since you understand that anyone can use the term "African American" in their company or to describe a product in any original manner they choose.

I think you're confused, these trademarks:

That just have the word "African American" in them are about a stylized design. You can come up with your own stylized version of the term "African American" and put it on a shirt, file a similar trademark and nobody can do anything about it. If FBA took off, Tariq could trademark "Foundational Black American" with a stylized font/logo, but he can't stop you from trademarking "Foundational Black American" with a different stylized font/logo. What he could do is sue you if you used his exact same font/logo and put it on a shirt and stop that from happening.

And honestly, even right now I think if you were petty, you could create your own "Foundational Black American" logo, register a trademark for it, put in on a hoodie, sell it on Amazon and probably spank Tariq in court if he tried something because he's made it clear in thousands of hours of video that "Foundational Black American" is a lineage/ethnic moniker and thus "Foundational Black American" would be subject to the same public domain laws as "African American". You could also start a "Foundational Black American inc" business and sell the shirts with them and tell Tariq to do something if your money is long and you got time

Tbh aint had no issues with buddy, he says it how it is but bro got that Billy ocean-itis where he may go a little overboard with the antagonizing and rawness. I know some cant stand cats like that but for pure entertainment purposes I find it amusing cause you just know it'll get some fool triggered off their delivery. :pachaha:

Now that all said I can't rock with anyone saying fk fba. Never understood the smoke for the most influential, wealthiest( on average) and pioneers of the disapora which only Jamaica and maybe Nigeria could rival in total influence and even then we on top.:childplease:

Mofos done built the country from the ground up and made it accessible for not just other blk folk but damn near every other minority/immigrant and somehow we still got various parties and skinfolk tryna dim our light. Make it make sense. :why:
