Mods be on a power trip real badHe’s a fucc boy but he didn’t deserve his bush
He said fucc FBA and the mods got in they feelings
We need to stop being disingenuous about ppl who are anti FBA
Saying fucc FBA does mean actually mean fucc ppl who are foundational black Americans
It’s literally saying fucc the brain dead followers of Tariq Nasheed only
That’s the problem with Tariq being the face of the movement
Ppl have a problem with him and his little Twitter space cult, but the less intelligent aren’t able to make a distinction
You a p*ssy
Y'all do know if the FBA concept took off and replaced "African American" it'd no longer be an idea that could be trademarked and the government would cancel Tariq's trademark?
Y'all are also aware that any ethnic moniker made to fix the inefficiencies of the "African American" distinction can and will be trademarked by someone in its infancy as well?
Of course y'all didn't know that![]()
You might want to look up "genericide" and "generic trademark" there pimp.
Where did you get this info from? Sounds like something you just made up. Sounds like you just freestyling. There was a whole thread about trademarked ethnic terms right here in TLR and nothing you just said was brought up. "African American" is trademarked for Black beauty supplies. "Irish" is trademarked for construction parts. None of those terms were for a lineage, they were for products. "FBA" is the only one claiming a lineage that is trademarked. Tariq's blind worshippers will argue all day that it's a lineage while Tariq has clearly made it a business. Jesse Jackson never trademarked "African American" because Jessie wasn't tying the term to a business like Tariq did with FBA.
So where did you get this "it'd no longer be an idea that could be trademarked and the government would cancel Tariq's trademark" stuff from? I think you just made this up. How can what you say be true when we all saw in that thread that "African American" and "Irish" are in fact be trademarked for products?

I read your post, you clearly didn't read up on "genericide" and "generic trademark" in the 30 seconds between your post and mine.
You obviously didn't read one word I said.

I'm fascinated about this.I read your post, you clearly didn't read up on "genericide" and "generic trademark" in the 30 seconds between your post and mine.
Right, and you and I would be able to make specific products and trademark them with the Foundational Black American (Foundational Black American Hair Coiler for example) label as well if the term ever took off and thus became subject to "trademark erosion".
No. You didn't read anything I wrote. I literally worded everything in a way that "genericide" wouldn't apply yet you still went there. I specified if "African American" is in fact be trademarked for products how the hell can the government cancel Jesse Jacksons idea"? That never happened to Jesse Jackson yet here you are saying it will happen for Tariq. You are applying a "what if?" to something that never happened while totally ignoring that your same claim never happened to Jesse Jackson.
