The Quran is all about Jesus and Mary. Why was Jesus so famous with Arabs 6-7 hundred years later when they didn’t even speak his language or share his culture?

Because the dude that wrote the Quran was a conman trying to lure Christians to Islam under the false guise of "we accept Jesus as the Messiah"...The shyt he claims about Jesus in his book don't even make any sense...He confuses Jesus mother Mary with Moses sister Mary, confirms divine intervention in the virgin birth, confirms Jesus had the capability to create life from clay the same way God created Adam, calls Jesus the word of God and the Messiah...

but Jesus was just a regular dude with a 4 word message "believe in one God"...God also deceived everybody when he faked the crucifixion of Jesus by replacing him with someone else on the cross...Story to be continued when Jesus reappears...

Mary was named after Miriam, because of their names, Mary was often called "sister of Aaron" just like every other Jewish woman named Mary was...This was not a unique title given to Jesus mother...

That doesn't imply they ran around ignoring who their biological fathers were and identifying themselves as "daughter of Imran"...It's well known and documented people back then identified by their biological fathers name...

Mary mother of Jesus biological fathers name was Joachim, it was clearly documented 5 centuries before the Quran came around and got it wrong...

There is literally an entire Quran chapter named after Jesus mother Mary with 98 verses (Surah Maryam 19)...

Her fathers name was Joachim and its clearly documented...

You started your point with the prophet got it wrong about Mary being sister of Moses.
I corrected you by quoting a direct hadith and comparing it Son of David.

No mention of Mary’s parent in the Bible

Mary’s parents are St. Joachim and St. Anne. What we know about them comes from tradition and from apocryphal writings (writings that are in the style of sacred Scripture but are not believed to have been divinely inspired).

Maybe they weren’t important enough to be included in the Bible
