Cuz some of the costumes look dumb as hell and corny. Them bright ass colors are crazy and dudes eating their drawz on the outside of their pants. But on the flipside some of these movie redesigns are terrible.

I agree with OP. I'm tired of watching Logan fight in fukking Wrangler jeans and Lugz. I dont want to hear about how "corny" the uniforms look when we havent seen them used in modern times at all. I'm sure there's a way you can present them in a gritty way

it's cause hollywood wants to make shyt to appeal to as many people as possible for as much money they can get....that's why most comic book movies dont go full comic booky....they know people that are into comics will go see the movies just cause, but they want a bigger audience than that..they figure by putting an 'updated, realistic' touch on the comic source material, they can achieve that....
