I think they just feel overwhelmed at fist cause the home menu's are pretty much blank slates and they don't know why to put on there
Also navigating around the phone is just different and they gotta get used to that

Customizing your phone to what you want it to look like interface wise, downloading apps to watch free movies and games will always be the reason I'll stick with Androids
