All this empire slander, and for what? Two successful ethnic shows and it's a problem?

I don't even fukk with empire but I can't help but be happy for the success. It will only lead to more roles for black filmmakers and actors, same thing with power. But the constant hate makes him look childish, guarantee the execs at Power are sitting around with the face.


Power better kill him off by next season or it won't last. mark my words.

They're not even the same type of show. "Empire" is a night-time Soap on Network TV, while "Power" is a cable Crime Drama. I don't understand why folks kept comparing the 2 shows to each other earlier this year.

But that formula didn't work out in the end in Rap, and it's damn sure not gonna work here in Film?television. He has this me against everybody attitude that ultimately ends up fukking over the people around him. For crying out loud they are TWO repeat TWO different shows. Power is a crime drama show more in common with something like the Wire. Meanwhile "Empire" is more of a typical Drama show more in common with Tyler Perry films but not as fixated on comedy...
