My lady had a taste for Chipotle yesterday. She wanted to try the Carne Asada they got right now...

Bought two, a side of guacamole, and a medium drink. fukkin shyt came out to $34.16 :scust:

I told her goofy ass, "NEVER AGAIN". Either we sit down and eat somewhere for that price (or a few dollars more) in a BS chain restaurant like OG (of course some higher-end shyt too), or we just cook at home. Long story short tho, I refuse to drop $25 plus, at any fast-food spot, and/or equivalent goin forward. :camby:
Fast food restaurants are going to start becoming extinct in the next ten years. Going to be nothing but McDonalds left and that’s only because they actually got something with their app. I know I may sound crazy but the costs are going to be too damn high and when you add in minimum wages continuing to rise and the lack of labored employees and lastly consumers getting smart like you said it will cause the downfall. Who’s going to pay that type of price for some food they’re taking home? Folks gonna go back to boiling hotdogs or having the traditional sit down meal.

Wait real talk how much cheaper is the app? I ain’t getting it because McDs isn’t my thing at all, but I occasionally crave those salty ass fries. I remember I went there once and asked about the dollar menu and the guy looked at me like I was crazy.

You might as well go to a mom and pop spot and get something infinitely healthier and tastier if McDs is jacking up prices like that

In general it's helpful with not getting got when those random cravings hit. Especially if you live in a town w Sports, almost any game day you're getting at least $3 off a meal.

Once I used it to get the classic cheeseburger pack (2 cheeseburgers, 20 nuggets and 2 medium fries) for $9 I never looked back lol.

Just took a look and see free any sized fry on any purchase of $2, BOGO quarter pounder, or 20% off orders of $5 or more. Not always a steal, but not spending more than $10 on a meal

Good point.
For $35 you could get a couple pounds of really good steak at the supermarket

I would suggest everyone download their bank statements for the last 12 months and add up all the charges that were ordering fast food/takeout

You don't have to post it on the coli.
But you would be shocked if you did an actual audit of yourself.

It's probably in the several hundred or thousands of dollars, I'd suspect. Especially since many families don't like to cook on the weekends.
