its vastly exaggerated like most things in the media. Home of the Kobe beef, shabu shabu and sushi, I can assure you the majority of men eat meat. not the minority.

what is true, is that they don't have loads of kids, they eat BC like vitamins (as someone wrote earlier), because they focus on career and money. I wish the U.S would follow suit, in Japan, you work 3 jobs with no kids, in the U.S you have 3 kids no job. It's backwards.

The japanese work stupid hours. How else could a small island have the 3rd largest economy.

I dont feel like writing an essay on how talking about what japan needs or should fix while not having set foot in the country is....funny. just know a lot of these assumptions are sooooo wrong, and that many have lied in survey because talking about sex openly is not in japanese culture. they'll deny shyt just to deny shyt, mean while dude fukks 3 17 year olds after school. Asia doesnt have an openly passionate/sexual culture like say brazil, they're not as vocal about it like blacks, but make no mistake, asians fukk....a lot....i mean a lot a lot.

sigh. again, its not what it seems, I used to think this way until I finally got a chance to visit. we have our nerds in the U.S that sit in their basement, online all day, watching starwars playing ps3. the difference is, in japan, they embrace it, its not made fun of, but that doesnt mean they have any more than the U.S.

Asians fukk, like I said, and a lot. The thing about them is they're not vocal, they suck at dating, they suck at being extroverts in male/female relationships. Us expats have a theory on it, and 1, is that the brothels really damage their development skills, 2, japanese bars do the same. A japanese bar is a place you go into, you sit down with your boys, and sexy waitresses dressed like a strippers sits WITH YOU GUYS and drinks with you until the end of the night. This sort of thing really damages your development to hunt as a man. whereas western style bars/social gatherings, you have to go out there and hunt trial and error and figure it all out yourself, slowly but surely you learn to talk to win, spit game, be interesting and charming.

Japan is very professional work oriented their society revolves around it. But it doesnt mean they dont have sex. All the guy has to do is go to brothel after work or a japanese bar and get some, then go home and play ps3 for an hour before bed. That's a lot of what I saw. I got a chance to go to a japanese bar, it was weird to me. I mean the chick was cute, but it was like a 'pre-chosen' girl, she came over, we talked as if we gave a fukk, got drunk, kissed a little and then I went home. Thats a night of a japanese male fullfilling his annual weekend hunting.

not really, the planet doesn't need MORE kids, we need less. the smaller your population is, the better off your country is, ask sweden and norway. North Europe is socialistic paradise because they have a small population. All countries with big population have serious issues and are shyt.

you kidding me? all of asia is pay for p*ssy, from japan to thailand. and everything in between. and its so stealth and low key you wouldnt even know. you know how many hotels Ive gone in, and just noticed a bunch of business guys walk in on a name basis and hit up a specific floor, or I go into an elevator and some corporate dude is in there with a girl that looks like could be his daughter? too many. The difference between japan and thailand, is thailand is all out there with it, and japan isn't.

Try to talk sex to a japanese man and he'll start blushing like school girl, talk sex with an american and its out there, talk sex with a brazilian and dude is not only giving you details like "I nutted on her back too", his girl is probably sitting right next to him. Again man, its just different cultures.

Whenever you hear japanese and koreans talk about KTV, just know, that at these KTV places, the girls that work there, go in the room, sing for them/sing along, and get naked. They do this shyt with coworkers no shame or anything, like its normal.

I agree with @Tommy Knocks. To begin to judge Japan's population problems is culturally paternalistic and there's been way too much of that with the black community for me to feel comfortable doing.

Another problem I've heard about in regards to the disconnect between Japanese men and women is the western concept of romanticism and love. Disney has filled the broads' heads (a lot like over here funny enough) with these over the top romantic fantasies. So it results in this tug of war between traditional Japanese gender roles and western conceptions of love.

One way or the other, their population is getting older and older and those folks live for a very long time. Gonna have some demographic problems popping up soon.
