Jesus Shuttlesworth just slayed this thread and the atheists in it
but do u believe in a 'god' that was created by primitive humans thoThe irony is that this thread is called higher learning but a lot of you guys aren't too bright. Simple things go over your head. I'm mocking you with silly questions according to your flawed logic and you're taking it literally. It's like talking to a child. Even worse. My son turns 4 on Sunday and even he is beginning to understand sarcasm and satire.
It's mind blowing how clueless some of you are. I honestly feel sorry for you.

I see no differentiation between the divine and the natural, as the natural is divine. And what you call coincidence I call divine intervention so I don't see any differentiation their either. Is it just a matter of semantics?
And this is the problem. You have no way to justify your position in saying that god wills the natural world. When skeptics or the scientific minded asks for an explaniation, theists often say "well, it's supernatural. It's beyond the scope of science, so it CAN'T be tested". To us who don't just accept theistic claims, that comes off as a cop-out. ....*Sigh* I don't wanna put words in your mouth, so could you please explain what you mean when you say divine? Or... could you just explain what you mean period?
Looking for scientific evidence of Cthulu is pointless because Cthulu isn't in the physical universe. You're automatically setting yourself up for failure.
Looking for scientific evidence of Thor is pointless because Thor isn't in the physical universe. You're automatically setting yourself up for failure.
Looking for scientific evidence of ghosts is pointless because ghosts aren't in the physical universe. You're automatically setting yourself up for failure.
Looking for scientific evidence of leprechauns is pointless because leprechauns aren't in the physical universe. You're automatically setting yourself up for failure.
Looking for scientific evidence of the Grim Reaper is pointless because the Grim Reaper isn't in the physical universe. You're automatically setting yourself up for failure.
Looking for scientific evidence of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is pointless because the Flying Spaghetti Monster isn't in the physical universe. You're automatically setting yourself up for failure.
Looking for scientific evidence of Invisible Pink Unicorns is pointless because the Invisible Pink Unicorns aren't in the physical universe. You're automatically setting yourself up for failure.
We're willing to explore. But we need something to go on. Or else we should entertain all supernatural ideas.
