Crazy how a guy who was THAT talented has been so horrible at everything else surround the sport.

He was a horrible coach, horrible play by play guy, horrible analyst. Lord knows what he'd do as a GM if he ever got the chance.

I remember when NBC dropped him from the Suns-Lakers series in 1993. He was so biased that he couldn't contain his excitement when the 8th-seed Lakers won Game 2 and went up 2-0 against the top-seeded Suns.
He was reassigned to calling another series... the Lakers lost the next 3 games and the series to the Suns

if you think he's bad now, you should have seen him back in 92 right after he retired. He was the worst analyst/announcer ever. Just go watch some of the old "Magic Hour" shows he had. Magic is alot better than he use to be...
