Depending on the venue it never will. I doubt she could perform with live instrumentation because it would drown out her voice or force her to sing louder which would definitely not match her studio sound. The only place she would thrive singing live is in one of those intimate small MTV unplugged sessions with a small audience. Stadium, forget about it. A club with bad sound, forget about it. She basically harmonizes. She can only hit certain notes and theres nothing wrong with that. Singers have limitations. I would never go see her live unless its in a quite environment.

Singers get WAY more leeway now. It's like fukk it, really. Drake and Jhene should NEVER sing live. Drake sounds fukking horrible, it doesn't make sense why he sings his singles on late night when he knows its struggle.

I generally find most Asian women's singing voices to be unappealing. Very limited in octaves. Amerie had this issue as well, her voice just wasn't full enough.
