Why Does It Seem Like Only Certain Types Of "Black" Topics Gets Moved To The Root?

The more serious tone threads get moved, while the trash that leads to pages of arguing stays in tlr. those topics are more meant for the bushes than the root, but the pro-black types flock to those threads:yeshrug:And leave the positive threads starving. Those threads would die and there would be more consistency if negativity wasnt the key to getting the attention of a lot of folks. Complaining does numbers, real dialogue gets crickets. Its not the fault of the mods that people who claim to be serious arent checking for these threads even if they get moved to the root.

That was the point of the Root though. It's not my fault people don't want to discuss black issues in a civil manner. I see tons of threads with great conversation potential languishing in here while another gender bait thread goes Plat in TLR. Those threads aren't supposed to be in here so I left them in TLR. Threads discussing black issues in a positive and civil manner are supposed to be discussed here and they were for a few weeks. I guess people weren't getting the attention they wanted. Now I'll just do whatever the complainers want. So right now all black threads will be moved so I won't have to hear THAT complaint.

I'm kinda confused by this thread.

I mean, I commented earlier already... but at the same time when I think about it, it's like, isn't that what the Root is for in the first place?

Was it not created specifically as a haven for the good, serious, proactive Black threads to flourish without being clogged up by TLR fukkery and JBO rejects?

Or am i wrong?

That's why there shouldn't be a Root. :francis:

All of it should be in the Locker Room. Racial topics, funny shyt, relationship issues...all of that shyt should be in the Locker Room like it was to begin with.

As of right now, the Root is functioning just how it was intended...to make it harder for topics attacking white supremacy to build traction. Nobody posts here unless they're in a thread that has gotten moved from TLR...like this one. :francis:

I've gotten multiple plat threads that stared in The Roots so this isn't true. The people who care about these topics seek The Root out.
