What’s his comp:jbhmm:

His game is so raw I don’t see anybody he can model his game after.
I don’t think there is a perfect one, but Kawhi is probably the closest one in terms of shot selection and the type of system they both started off playing in. If he can model his game off another wing with a raw offensive skillset, in a motion offense, co-existing with already established star players, than Kawhi is that guy.

I think there was a couple big time games in which he didn't really get that much playing time (if he got any at all) meaning he wasn't that exposed to the general public. He's still kind of raw too. But he clearly has the tools and is a really exciting young player, can't wait to see more from him.

Detroit You bytch Ass nikka
Lost amongst the noise of the Warriors winning a championship, and all the discourse around the legacy of the squad and its founding players, Kuminga seems to be going unnoticed in relation to his ability and potential. He already has a superstar mentality, and is one of the most aggressive wings in recent memory. If he was on any other squad there'd be a lot more discussion on how good he could be.

He still is quite raw offensively, but if you watch him play, you can't help but see the sky is the limit for him.

Anyone that watched this game would've seen how much control he had over everything (he would've had near 40 points if he could've hit his FTs; he ended up getting to the line 18 times).

This is the same thing he was doing during the regular season against NBA starters, where once he got touches, he basically forced the defense into being his bytch with his athleticism and sheer aggression (getting to his spots at will; scoring from all over the floor; bullying players bigger and much more physically mature than him; forcing players to get the fukk outta the way or foul him). He's out to kill on every possession and he ain't worried about any aesthetic value of his play, but he also has the awareness of playing within a system and knowing his place in a hierarchy, which was one of the more surprising things about his play this past season. He's got the confidence, but is self-aware enough that it doesn't come before the team winning.

This kid is only 19 yet plays like he's already lived the life of a superstar.

He's definitely slept on because you are a pink bytch. Dedicated pink bytch fans are bad luck for good players. bytch ass nikka.

On another note doe, Kuminga has the same skill set as Zion. Not as good and his handle is miles behind A, but as far as strengths, him and Zion are good at the same things.

Breh could definitely average 25ppg in the future, I expect him to have a breakout season next year.

IDK.

I want BADLY for his game to develop like Kawhi's. I love Kawhi's game so much, and if Kuminga can develop a consistent jumpshot and play wing defense, that'd be great :wow:

The things I wanna see kuminga develop:
-a better handle
-more consistent midrange & 3pt shooting
-a higher FT percentage
-good wing defense (defend the point of attack, and stay with your man w/o fouling. use his big body to make his guy take a tough shot)

People around the warriors were talking about trying to model Kuminga's development so he can be a little more like wiggins. That would be great. Wiggins rebounded well, and played amazing defense. Outside of FT shooting, he did what a model wing player is supposed to do in today's NBA.

Kuminga is just as athletic and strong as Wiggins. No reason why he can't develop into a model wing player :yeshrug:

He can score very well. Even in this summer league he just had 28 pts. He wouldve had like 33 if he didn't shyt the bed at the FT line. And wouldve had even more if he hit more 3 poiners. The man can score. He averaged ~15ppg whenever he got 20 minutes. The scoring will be there. The question is, can he use his natural athleticism to play good defense and rebound? Can he be a more willing passer? What he'll need to realize is that, when he gets the ball, it's not always for him to score. Can he make a play for another teammate?

GSW has an embarrassment of riches

To think they just won another chip without playing Kuminga and Wiseman

Cupboard is definitely FULL

Light years for real
Wiggins will be a free agent and Poole will be a Rfa after this year. Doubt they can pay Wiggins.
