Why does Israel SUCK so bad at diplomacy?

Yup. Iran never attacked anyone for the last thousand years, and only was attacked once by Iraq. So, NA-NA-NA-BOO-BOOO!!!!TLOL is back

They have been in near constant war since they arrived there. They build walls to keep people out. They have to have checkpoints everywhere, and are basically a police state. So, what gives? What are their diplomats doing? Do they even have diplomats?
And please, for the love of Allah, let's not turn this into a "well, Arabs and Persians are just crazy and can't be rationed with" type arguement. EVERY country has diplomats. And where war happens, diplomacy has failed. My simple question is why does it fail so often by Israel. Are they just angelic and try so hard, but just can't seem to talk shiit out? What gives, brehs?
It is virtually impossible for Israel not to fail at diplomacy and PR because non-Jews have enormous difficulty with accepting the idea that Jews should be allowed to protect themselves from death. So as long as Arabs attack Jews, and Jews take measures to protect themselves, Israel will have a massive PR/diplomacy fail no matter what.

Your argument makes a ton of sense considering the Islamic Republic of Iran has only been a country since 1979.
