Wack beats, over the hill Cube and the two other guys aren't much to begin with. All the yelling was comical.

It's underrated to me as well. Dope album.
I thought the Westside Connection shyt was pretty bad and I love Cube. He went from rapping about gangster shyt in a conversational capacity to talking like he's actually a gangster. shyt was kinda corny breh.

Lethal Injection - 9.5/10
It sounds different and people thought Cube was riding the g-funk wave so people weren't happy and already considered it a 'failure' from that standpoint, at least relative to his first two/three albums.
However quality wise, it is in the same realm as The Predator and is an album better than the best album in a lot of rappers' discographies.
