Why does Batllefield 2042 look like a 360 game?

I know this is a beta, but this is kinda sad. It looks and feels like Battlefield 3. I’m really convinced devs know people are going to buy their games regardless so they just put out anything nowadays…

I haven’t fallen for a cutscene trailer since Metal Gear Solid days (I also never saw anything for BF 2042 until today so I had no expectations)…but also didn’t think it Battlefield would look like shyt

Deleting the settings files in Documents/BF 2042 massively improved the visuals. It was a blurry mess before that. Game looks great now.

It looks like a standard PS4/XB1 game. They sacrificed graphics for framerate since there's such a large amount of players that can play at once

They been pushing 4k since PS4 Pro and Xbox One S...that was YEARS ago (5, to be exact). I KNOW that next-gen should be innovative and it's clearly not
