my answer was ''because that's what people do, it's not exclusive to women''
but if you want me to go into detail: rebellion is a consequence of control. you can't rebel if there's nothing to rebel against
in fact doing something that other people insist is dangerous/bad for you is part of rebelling itself because you are challenging their idea that it's not beneficial
a woman can very well think having tons of sex is super beneficial to her because it's fun
men don't rebel the way that women rebel because they aren't told since they're kids that having sex with lots of people will harm them or their value

That's not entirely true. Those are the more extreme cases, rather than people are alluding to women who sleep with random guys they don't know, have one night stands etc. There are plenty of people who view promiscuous men as male whores ie degrading. There are also people who view males who engage in orgies, trains, gang bangs as gay, bisexual and as also disgusting men who have a lack of self-control which are also degrading characteristics for what it means to be a man within the western world.
"sexuality" is one of the few and only ways that women have any inherent power...and so naturally they'll use it in any way that they can.

Waiting for marriage and thotting are two extremes. You do realize there is a balance, a middle ground right? If a woman wants to be sexually promiscuous then go ahead, but she should understand that it comes with its consequences.
Why complain about why women thot and then get mad at the thought of all women reforming into wives?
So caring about others well being is policing them now? The possible negative consequences of casual sex go far deeper than just health issues.
