Why do we leave Camron out whenever we talk about legends/classic albums?

It seems like overkill to praise the man who influences our everyday lives.

Cam is a legend because he brought the concept of "movements" and SDE.

Come Home with Me and Purple Haze are both better than the Blueprint in my opinion :manny:

Killa is a top five rapper to me personally but out of all the most influential emcees, he has probably had the worst albums.

Now talking about songs and verses... KILLA>>>>>

Whenever people talk about classics, they always name the safe choices....Illmatic, Blueprint, All Eyes on Me, Ready to Die. IMO, Come Home with Me belongs in there somewhere. Killa may not have been as nice but, that record did it for me. Even in 2012, I see cats who were influenced by Camron. fukk who dont agree :manny: Also, half yall nikkas be calling records classics when you barely listen to that shyt now :heh:

Not too many artists are cinematic....Biggie was, Jay can be, Nas was, etc. After listening to it, I felt like I knew what Harlem/Uptown was like :takedat: That record kicked everything off......The Diplomats, Juelz' career, Jimmy's career. Had everybody jocking him hard....wearing pink, big ass earrings, louie/gucci air forces, using all his slang. Cam was that nikka from 2002-2004...

Diplomatic Immunity is a classic.

Cam on his own dont got no classics tho. However I personally feel Cams whole Dipset movement is second to only Wu-tang. shyt is stronger to me than Roc-a-fella, Bad Boy, Death Row, Cash Money, No Limit, etc.

Dipset pretty much shaped the whole Swag era we are in right now. At its peak NOTHING was fukkin with it.
