Bray is built like a football player because...he was a football player. Joe is built like a Samoan because...he's Samoan. KO is built like fat ass who hates to work out and loves to eat because...he's a fat ass who hates to work out and loves to eat. KO's excuse is he had a knee injury like almost a decade ago at this point and couldn't do cardio for a while, but the gut he has isn't a "doesn't do cardio" gut, but a "doesn't pay attention at all to diet ever" gut.

I think AJ is a legit 220lbs whereas Finn is about 190lbs at the most.
AJ is definitely significantly thicker than Balor, but he's definitely not 220. A dude AJ's frame and height being 220 would look like Dynamite Kid at peak steroids usage. AJ is around 200lbs, which is quite big for his frame (and age) to be mostly muscle, but natural and proportionate looking. When you see Balor next to bigger guys, he looks like a kid sometimes. Balor is 175 max.
