that was batman beyond and its over 10 years old and it was set in the future and batman's protege and replacement was a teenager
unless your talking about young justice league or something or teen titans but i highly doubt they have a teenage bruce wayne in any of them

He's supposed to represent humans at their peak potential...
the problem is the actors they find to play him are usually maybe in decent shape. it does create a weird dichotomy, where Bruce looks like a normal person, but Batman looks like some super-brolic dude
I will say this is an issue with many superheroes though. they're always super cut-up with their costume on. in real life, very few people, including professional athletes, are built like that

In the comics when you see dude train, he's always ripped.
He hides it as Bruce Wayne by perpetuating the idea that he's a wild reckless rich dude who is always driving his Lambos too fast, or sky diving, or base jumping, or at the running of the bulls, or just plain old into women who are into BDSM. This way to them he's a just a rich dude who obviously has the money and time to work out all the time and occasionally gets hurt doing shyt that reckless ass rich folk do.
