I think it comes from bad experiences/being bitter or whatever. I've never referred to a dude that did me wrong as a nice name so i don't expect guys to do the same. I would say most guys are respectful to the women in their lives but them outside "hoes" get no love. People can be absolutely horrible and do some awful shyt so I can understand disrespecting the entire population outside of people you fukk with.
