Suge was a football player who had cousins really into that gang life. Once Mob James brought those Pirus into the mix, that's when he pushed that super blood line.

Dude had THE most talented roster in hip hop history but squandered it all away because he wanted to play up that gangsta lifestyle and wanted to turn the DR offices into the penitentiary. Dude could have maintained generational wealth for several artists if he cut out the antics.

He had Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Warren G, Dj Quik, Nate Dogg, Rbx, C Style, 2pac, Dr. Dre and more. How much money would have they all been making if he decided to focus on being CEO instead of trying to play gang shot caller? 2pac would still be alive. Most of those artists would still be on the label. It's sad, but Suge is a story of another black man wasting his life away and the lives of several people around him trying to play gangsta.

What happened to Shotty when he said he wanted to be the new DR? He's in prison just like Suge. We don't need another Suge. We need someone that learns from Suge and doesn't squander one of the most talented rosters in musical history trying to play that thug role. Artists shouldn't be running up and fighting and shooting pistols. As a CEO, it's your job to keep your talent OUT of the drama so they can continue making money without problems.

Personally I think the label was way better off with Dre running things..everything seemed to be on point..business was smooth, they were able to recruit and develop talent, DR was starting to get into the movie game…everybody seemed like they were cool playing a position

The only thing I thing you can credit Suge with is bringing Pac onto the roster, and truth be told, he was a much better artist before he went to death row

In Suges mind he felt justified to giving them 360s because he helped Snoop with his case, Got Dre outta Ruthless, Got Tupac out of prison.. He looked out when it was beneficial to him...

Breh founded his own record company as a black man in an era where 24 carat people ran everything. Not only that but it was one of the most prolific, if not the most prolific record label of all time with some of the most legendary artists and producers in hip hop history.

Yet dude is basically a joke and locked up for 20+ years. Hell, he should be twice as rich as Diddy, yet his net worth is probably damn near zero today. And you have random ass people who happened to be in the same building as him at one point in time slandering his name all over the internet.

They basically destroyed his entire legacy if you think about it. Shyt is crazy
