She tries to identify with black because she making black music but I bet if she could make money off black but instead make it off Hispanic music she wouldn't be identifying with black.

Because she’s half West Indian that’s why but her Trinidadian side looks like its stemmed from Venezuela which has a lot of influence over Trinidad.
I think her moms has Indian in her, maybe mixed with black, it's hard to tell with some Indians. Trinidad has a lot of those mixtures.

Her, and her sister, look more black because her parents most likely have black in them, and when they mixed their genes, the black gene was more pronounced in the kids, then their parents.

Black people don't get to define what 'Black' is and some of us are still using outdated conceptions of 'race' from the 19th Century, yet embraced by the likes of Cheikh Anta Diop, Chancellor Williams, Ivan Van Sertima and Louis Farrkhan.

That's why we keep getting threads about 'Black People were in America before Columbus'.

"Black people don't get to define what 'Black' is" even though no one called themselves black with pride before black americans?

Yeah, go to sleep

Why do black people lose their minds when they marry or just fukk a different race? You always have something negative to say about ADOS, its ridiculous! You are one of the NYC people who want to be down with everyone so bad, that you shyt on your own, IF you are ADOS! I grew up with people just like you. As soon as they get some latin or white ass, or even some west indians ass, they are always attacking ADOS.

It is what it is. Some of y'all like to micro analyze shyt. So to keep it funky and simple.... Picture it being 1915 in Tennessee. You _honestly_ think she wouldn't be called a n!gger? Would be allowed to share a classroom with whites? No one would notice? A white person would step up and clarify "Bu..bu..bu.. she is a Latin" like that would make a difference in how she got treated? Please. She would face the same hardships and discrimination, bottom line.

Clearly she is Afro-Latina. She is part black no matter how you slice it, and actually she is on record as identifying as Afro-Latina before, which means she acknowledging her blackness...

This obsession to diminish and strip Cardi is annoying...

Actually Cardi is probably more black than anything...

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.

Facts she clearly has Afro DNA in her!
