It ain't all that.

Depending on where you work and your attire, my work office has a lot of terminals, computers, servers so it's stupid cold in the building all the time.

I have a business jacket (Eddie Bauer) that I wear everyday. And a space heater.

Most places have acceptable temperatures. It's hot outside, you walk inside you feel relief from the heat. With my work. It's hot outside and you walk in and it's stupid cold and since we have an HVAC system with zones that aren't even aligned it's often drafty too.

This is year round. Doesn't matter if it's 20 degrees. They encourage you to walk around if you need to. They can't turn on the heat because if the computers/servers overheat then bad things happen.
