I spoke on this when they first instituted it but nikkas didn't want to hear it. They made a thread pushing for it & I guess Brook bought in.

It's been some years now but it was around the time we got the update on deck and the usual suspects (hoes in the deep Red & New Blacks) complaining that the Rep system was basically a bullying circle jerk to suppress their opinion.
When we finally got updated (and lost that FIRE Prince layout), Reps were adjusted.
