Why do people try to justify police violence and excessive force against black people?

It's just common sense that following the law, respecting other people & respecting people's property will greatly reduce you're chances of becoming one of these overzealous cops next victim.

Why do they have to kill innocent unarmed and nonthreating people and hurt them to get this point across?

Do you not see any gang intimidation tactics behind this?
