but the bleek hate is a result of what happens when you hype someone up far beyond their realistic trajectory. instead of just being jay's protege, he was billed as the NEXT ONE.

what made it worse is that he fell down the totem pole at rocafella once they started to fill the roster out. hes not even a top 10 rocafella act.

534 was dope man. So was MADE. And the first 2 albums had joints.

Bleek ain't bad at all. He just got over-hyped as the "new and improved Jay-Z" on the Voume 2 Intro, and then immediately out-shined when Jay signed Beans, Freeway, Cam, etc. He became the east interesting member of the Roc, but he has a lot of songs I think are really strong.
