Why do nigas still say Will Smith is the best?

I think it's a toss up between Jaime & Will as actors.
Jaime can do characters really well, as alot of great comedians seem to be able to do. But he can be very ordinary in normal comtemporary roles.
Will is a real movie star who can carry a movie with his charisma, personality, and charm. Will has shown some range, just not really sure of his limitations because he doesn't experiment much at all.
Save the usual Coli nitpicking, Denzel is the gold standard, who can do it all.

Will Smith is a great actor when he turns it up but he also has done some average action flicks where all he had to do was tell some jokes and yell occasionally. He's not the best but he is better than just good. He carried Pursuit of Happyness, 7 Pounds and I Am Legend (stop hating, he made that movie watchable even with them wack ass CGI graphics).
Jamie is great when cast in the right role but the rest of the time he just comes across flat. He has Ray and Collateral and the criminally slept of The Soloist (which I personally think he was phenomenal and was his best role). But he also has a bunch of roles where he brought nothing to the table. Truthfully, his part in Django was the least interesting and im still not sure if its because of his acting or just because the way the film was written.
And yes, Jamie gave a better performance in Ray than Will did in Ali, but Will gave a better performance in I Am Legend than Denzel did in Book Of Eli. But that doesn't make them better. Neither one holds the top spot anyway. It goes:
1. Denzel Washington

3. Don Cheadle

nobody calls him the best in terms of acting talent. he is the best in terms of bankable movie star. he is the last of a dying breed since most so called movie stars no longer bring much star power to a movie in the way of box office success.
old school stardom is something important, dont devalue what will has done, breh. we know he hasnt shown the range of denzel and jaime, but there's no need to downplay what he is doing. what he is doing is not going to hurt him, when he dies, he will be regarded similarly to the clark gables and john waynes of the acting world. that's powerful company to be in.

Unlike other black actors mentioned in this thread, whenever I see Will in a movie I just see Will and not the character he is suppose to be playing

Jamie Foxx wasn't even good in Django. Very underwhelming performance.
I thought I was the only one....
Jamie Foxx is a talented brother, but I don't get all the praise for Django....
His best acting scene was him at the dinner table trying to contain his emotions with his finger on the trigger....
The rest was just basic too me...

and even then he will be in a far better position than most aging actors, especially aging black actors. most likely he will do more behind the camera like robert redford and clint eastwood

In fact I am almost willing to give the edge to Jamie Foxx in that area because of the different characters he has played in the past 10 years. A scared ass taxi driver in collateral, Django, all those dumbazz movies he made in the past, RAY...
he has built a solid resume
