Not that I watch too much porn or anything, but I think you were a bit careless in your use of "DP" right there...Been there, done that. Didn't go into debt over it, was able to pay as it went planning.... but hindsight is 20/20. Even though I'm div'd now, as soon as it was over, I thought....- that money could have been spent on a DP for a house....
Then again, I know people that did this and wouldn't have it any other way.
Edit- to clarify- my guy at the time had just as much input on the budget as I did.

I always ponder this. why the fukk do i need to spend thousands of dollars on some bullshyt fancy wedding when I'm gonna fukking NEED that money to live with my new wife. boggles my mind, brehs.
