Don't even bother. @Voice of Reason is one of those FBA troll lames who puts down other groups of people and think they benefit from itYou resort to ignorance and lies because you lack the ability to coherently articulate and defend your position. You are a racist idiot and you're no different from Tariq.
You use the same racist stereotypes that white supremacists use and you use them against both Black Americans and African Immigrants. You're an all around piece of garbage. Stop pretending that you care when all you want to do is mirror racists.
You can't ignore history to claim that there were no collaborative efforts between Black and Latino activists simply because you don't like it. That assertion is historically inaccurate. LULAC and the NAACP joined forces on several crucial civil rights cases in the past. And while it's undeniable that racism was the motivation behind the HISD conflicts in Houston, and exposed a betrayal, it is still ignorant to ignore the history of past collaboration. And I am not doing that. I mean, this isn't even about giving Latinos credit over Black people for advancing civil rights; there's no question about the driving force behind it. It's about acknowledging the truth that there was a time when both communities fought side by side against oppression. And that they have faced their own discrimination and oppression in this country. People like you who are ignorant of history, but want to set yourselves up as the arbiter of history, are the most annoying.

Many groups did but it wasn't shyt compared to the atrocities Black Americans faced in this country. What about Irish?
