it's about their own inadequacy and fear, the gun is a crutch and a mask for fear. it's truly demonic friends. same way you see goofy weirdos with all the biggest aggressive dogs because they are p*ssy inside. it's like if you could upgrade your courage or lack of with a weapon except it's really just makes them bold and reckless. which combined with fear is a recipe for disaster.

when you look at the psychological studies about guns and the immediate effect they have on people (not even gun nuts) it's really no doubt they don't belong in the average person's hand. it's proven most people don't de-escalate when they have a weapon according to studies. they are more likely to do dumber shyt and aggravate minor issues. anyone here with any experience in life knows that fake boost in confidence people get when they packing. now mix that with flashing a gun and you playing chicken with other nuts outside to see who crash out first. someone who would otherwise be working with a lil bit better judgement and hesitation to violence without a weapon becomes emboldened and more reckless.

Yeah, I think they just want to intimidate people. If a situation would arise where you’d have to use it, it would indeed be better to not look like you’re picking, as that can just make you a target.

i own one gun for home defense and any time i try to learn gun stuff in forums, some supercac shows up and calls me a p*ssy for not having a gun the size of my arm and an entire vault full of assault rifles and ammo

obsessive people ruin shyt for me. im a musician and i hate when some fakkit wants to start a dikk measuring contest over gear. dumbasses like that do fuel an industry, though. they're the dumbasses paying 10 grand for a guitar that cost the company $15 to manufacture.
