Why do dark skin people hate light skin people all of a sudden

We all seemed cool at first, but now I cant get online or even go out without some dark skinned person(mainly a female) throwing slicc sots at light skin people.

And the thing is, it be so random.

A nikka could step on some gum and a dark skin bytch would be like "light skin nikkas stay losin"



Or they just start shyt for no reason, "team dark skin, fucced light skin"

whats even crazier is I never see light skin ppl antagonize dark skin people, its always the other way around.
Why is this, or is this just a southern thing
