Considering the Chinese are doing a ton of business in Africa, it couldn't hurt them to learn a little bit about the continent's history. China is the new economic superpower, so learning something about them could be advantageous in the future.

Nah breh, history is not important in life because spreading lies about someone's family and accomplishments is not an effective way to attack them. The only thing that matters in life is stem because the world is flat and that never changes. Why should they prepare to compete by learning as much about their opponents as possible. What good is the psychological part of competition, why would chinese want to learn what parts of history africans are sensitive about and exploite that. Nah, just math them nikkas to death.

If You don't think businessmen at least make some attempt to understand the culture of where they are doing business? And where do you think a large part of this understanding comes from? That's right, by understanding a nation's HISTORY. Don't you think you'll make a lot more contacts if you can sit back and talk to that denizen of the nation and show you at least made some attempt to understand their culture?
