His problem is that its the same **** over and over again. Its always an athelete or a wannabe musician or some other sort of black stereotype. Why can't someone make a show like 2 and a half men except with black people? or The big bang theory? or How I met your mother? There's nothing wrong with a catch, but the catch seems to be one that corresponds with white america's idea of what black people are supposed to be/fantasize of being.

what shows are these with the athletes and musicians because "always" seems to be a bit of an overstatement.

Moseha came to mind when I saw this thread. It was really normal, part of the reason I thought that show was garbage as a sitcom, it felt more like a drama than a sitcom, brandy's boyfriend in the show , brandy fighting with her pops

Martin never felt normal to me because of bruh man, IRL is nikkas gonna let some nikka come though your window unannounced and steal your food and clothes?

I agree with My Wife and Kids, was pretty normal except for Junior being overly dumb in later seasons.
