I only drink and its mostly beer and microbrews. (It's the hipster in me) I usually drink liquor, champagne or wine on birthdays, special occassions, weddings, social functions, etc. I will have usually 1-2 beers when I do drink beer.
I have so many smart black cousins that could have made something of themselves if they stayed off of drugs. They were smarter than me and much more sociable in terms of networking. Its not cool having cokefiends for relatives because they lie through their teeth, they steal shyt from you, and they can often get violent. Since they have a nasty criminal record and wouldn't be able to even pass a drug test they use so often, they truly are shyt out of luck in life. If they would have used those hustling skills for something productive, they would have wrecked shyt up in a good way.
Black people need to invest in something tangible, get educated, be financially intelligent/responsible and start useful businesses. Its sad that black people have such low economic net worth compared to other races.

" when it comes to college but nobody laughs at the black man who drops 35K for a brand new C-Class Mercedes Benz when cars are one of the
FASTEST DEPRECIATING ASSET YOU CAN OWN(i.e. its economic worth and price goes down faster than a drunk white chick at a party with a camo gear wearing, Ford F150 driving redneck with a decent body) and it won't even help you get a job. The "piece of paper" will have much better longer lasting investment/career opportunities than a car ever will.
The benefits of a college degree is that you have a much better earning potential. On top of that, you don't have to hide what you do nor worry about getting shot or put in jail at any moment.
You can even start your own business if you prefer. Then again over 60% have some college education with more than 50% majority interest owners have advanced degrees.

I won't lie and say all drug users cannot be high functioning but you have to understand that black people have to invest in something useful and stop wasting our time trying to be like the rich white girls who snorts coke and won't have to worry about a hard's day work in their life because daddy big bucks is giving their precious little princess a quarter million dollar trust fund.
...That ensures I'm educated, married before kids, started saving for retirement in my early 20's, etc, etc. It's not rocket science yet our collective lack of self discipline and just an aversive attitude towards successful communities and cultures is/will continuing to cripple us. Aw well. My family is
