Let's not front like there are not some black women who have tons of expectations when it comes to black men stepping to them but let any other type of men step to them and their walls are completely gone. A lot of black women judge black dudes to a different standard, and not in a good way.

I'm just speaking the truth from a psychological standpoint. There's no difference between black women demonstrating hostility during courtship and the timid nonathletic kid hiding in the back when teams are being made during gym class. He knows he's not going to get picked again so he actively avoids it. Black women know they are not getting picked.
Personally I am light skinned and 6'2 so I have less difficulties than others when it comes to getting dark skinned black girls but at times they still show unnecessary resistance that stems from a history of men like me picking light skinned women over them. Not that I go after dark skinned girls that often anyways.

or it stems from them not wanting you to think that just because you're lightskinned it's gonna be easy pickins. I'm also 6'2 and extremely light and I have no trouble getting women... but I don't put any thought into my skin color. If I could do it again i'd be darker tho LOL. I just love black wome and i think (I hope) that's why they like me.. they feel that vibe and they reciprocate it.
