why do big girls do everything to appear attractive but lose weight?

that kind of muscle mass is not something all females want. They want some muscle and minimal body fat.

Men dont have to do 'much' to get in decent shape either.

as someone who i know frequents the gym

do you realize how hard it is to put on quality mass :wtf:

2-4lbs a month isnt jack shyt, hell if i wanted to be kooked's size it would take me a solid year before i got there

women will never have to worry about shyt like that

I lost 40 lbs in 3 months and the shyt wasn't hard at all. Some ppl just lack will power, discipline, and dedication. Gym 3 mornings a week doing heavy weights no cardio (and I'd skip probably 3 days a month), heavy protein diet, limit starches, and lots of fruits and vegetables. And I wasn't cooking no complex shyt either. Eggs, turkey burgers, tuna, rice, and broccoli. I dropped that weight quick!

Only excuse for being fat is thyroid/genetics cuz some ppl just ain't built to be thin. But if you're a woman and you were 120-150 from ages 15-22, then you should be able to maintain that, with a little effort, and a lot of consistency.

I actually bulk up muscle really really fast to be honest. Cutting is what takes forever for me, so its never worth it. But what I'm saying is that you dont have to get huge or even big to get tail.

I realize were on the coli and the audience here is more accepting of plowing a fat chick but honestly i dont fucc with that and neither do any of my non-black friends

its not about whether or not you get laid

im saying reaching your "genetic potential" as a male or female is easier on the female

because lifting isnt necessary to get there

that all depends on what you consider to be genetic potential though. different body types are better for different shyt, and training puts emphasis on different characteristics. So what are you claiming is maximal genetic potential?

Most male genetics arent like yours. MMsex is saying its easier for women because its faster to lose fat than to gain muscle for most of the population

If fat man and fat woman both lose weight, woman looks good now. But the man still doesnt look "manly" cause he just cant lose weight and thats it, he has to get muscle definition too

Most people don't view eating as something done to fuel their bodies. They eat for pleasure and taste. To count calories and control everything you eat consciously is a difficult task. Weight loss is simple but not easy.

A lot of the overweight/obese women I know say that they don't want to "change" themselves to make others happy. They think that you're either fat or skinny, there is no in-between/healthy to them. My cousin says that skinny women look disgusting and she never wants to be a twig, I guess she would rather be a bus.
Monique had these fat girls gassed and empowered for years talking about skinny women are evil. And now that the she lost all that damned weight her fat followers are like :huh:
