I also always thought it was convenient plot wise that Marlo didn't have Randy clapped. But he also might've wanted to be careful since he knew Randy spoke to the cops and if he got clipped it could've brought unnecessary heat down on Marlo.

why waste your time killing randy who can't harm you. And Marlo mo was killing anyone who disrespected him or did not bend to his will. Randy said nothing bad about Marlo. Matter of fact I don't think he even brought up his name. He said Snoop and Chris were turning people into zomibies.

I don't think it was ever stated that Marlo's people were behind his house being burned down. The whole streets knew he was a snitch. It could've been anybody.
