Vader could have easily whipped HBK's ass but he tried to be professional and HBK used his power and influence to hold Vader down. Its typical privileged white boy crap. They even do it to poorer white guys too. rather than working it out or stepping to him like a man, he went behind the scenes and used politics to screw Vader over.

Cornette told this story on the podcast recently (and several times before). They did a watch along of the Summerslam match and he went into detail about the lead up. He said Vader rolled out of the ring after that house show match with tears in his eyes and said that Shawn said if he ever grabbed his hair like that again he wouldn't have a job.

Cornette talks about it, basically said Shawn forced Vader to work safe and timid. Even explained how Shawn made Vader looked by a dumb bytch in the match because Shawn wanted to do his stuff and didn’t care for making Vader a monster. You can tell watching the match Vader was HBK’s lapdog especially when he was slow or missed spots.

There are different accounts of what went down that night
I think Taker just told people to pass the message onto Shawn about what will happen if he doesn't do business.
