Stallone wanted to use pictures/footage of Apollo in Rocky Balboa. Weathers wanted to actually show up in the film, which was impossible without any fukkery. Weathers got butthurt when Stallone said no.

The fukk was he thinking? APOLLO IS fukkING DEAD

That's actually not a Bad Idea but we're all just looking at the fact that Apollo is dead already. I suppose this could Work for a Flashback Memory but I don't think Real Fans of Rocky would like to see that. I'm not the Biggest Fan so I wouldn't mind it, plus I liked the Charcter of Apollo Creed.

How would they have done that with a much older Weathers tho?

There's no excuse for not puttin Apollo in the movie,rocky was havin those episodes where everything would go blurry in the previous movie,so why not just convieniently have one of those episodes when Carl Weathers comes from the light to have a conversation

fukk Carl Weathers, where was Mr. T's cameo in Rocky Balboa? They could have had him as a commentator when Rocky fought Mason "The Line" Dixon and have Mr. T comment on how he pity the fool Rocky for trying to fight a young nikka at an old age.
