Why couldn't LEP Bogus Boys blow?

People from the chi will know much more about this than me but isn't bogus boys a relatively well known gang/set out there?

I will say the name probably didn't help much at all but the producers they worked with and the features and cosigns they had should have put them over the top imo. A bad name has been overcome before but thinking about it I can imagine it might have altered the trajectory of their careers to change names ala tity boi -> 2chainz
