Why can't we get a movie on Muhammad made?

I believe the Shia in Iran made a movie with a real actor showing his face,

but as far as mainstream goes.. I heard before there were 2 movies being filmed, one by the Matrix producer and one by someone else i can't recall.. maybe they are shooting it still, or is it canceled.. should be epic wit special efx some 300 type movie.. Peace be upon him.

I'm not a cac. But why should non-Muslims be forced to not see one of the greatest stories ever told just because a few Muslims will get upset. They don't have to watch it. My thinking is they would come around with the rest of us and watch it eventually. And even if they didn't, western audiences would get to learn about Muhammad in a very tame and liberal portrayal - helping western-Muslim relations.

What is this thing you call a "book"? Young Americans learn in front of TV's not between pages. Maybe the American public would demand those bombings be stopped if they saw Muhammad bringing a dead bird back to life as a kid

I love the movie because it's the only one we got.. but the acting in it is


cheesy to say the least. and it's difficult doing a movie where you never see the main character it was done out of first person perspective with subtitiles.

real talk as a Muslim it had me wishing they did have an actor.. istaghfirallah

if we get the matrix producer it'll be epic.. imagine the famous battles he waged at Uhud and the like in imax 3d.. or the 3d visuals of his isra (journey) thru the heavens.. or his humble beginning growing up as an orphan in the desert..his life as a family man, and his career as a prophet and statesmen..

they can show the cosmic origins of the black stone and how it became the cornerstone of the Kaaba.

they can include things that translate well to movies such as the Jinn, Angels, Demons, references to the story of Noahs Ark, Moses Red Seat etc. etc.

Theres nothing this movie wouldn't have to make it the GOAT. just has to be executed right.

lol my bad homie, i just been thru this conversation a million times..

some would argue the authenticity of the traditions i've come across just like I question the authenticity or interpretation of the hadiths that said he was white..

theres alot of racism in the Arab world, so you wouldnt think they would take steps to make the world believe Muhammad was a white man, just like the Europeans did with Jesus..

anyway the point is moot.. because Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him stated theres is no difference between white and black or arab and non arab just in "God consciousness"

what i like to do is research the history of the Quraish and the Tribe Hashem in particular.. it takes you to a long line of aboriginals, "pure arabs" which appeared as such
