Why can't Braun have comedic elements to his character?

Segment was funny and Braun was still made to look like an absolute monster. I don't get it. People are just complaining to complain.

LeBraun has a ton of charisma and shouldn't be limited to the silent brute character. Cokeboy was looking for a star, and he low key found one in Braun.
Exactly. He’s got quotables. Plain and simple. He can be funny if used correctly, and he gets mean and breaks shyt real quick. The man is compelling. No way to argue it. Side note, anybody notice Corey graves referencing songs or albums by pantera in regards to Braun? He did it again tonight mentioning something about concrete sledge and I’ve heard him at least once or twice refer to him throwing people around as a vulgar display of power :pachaha:

Braun's character has always been tongue in cheek. Or did people really believe we were supposed to take him 100% seriously when he was flipping ambulances, throwing grappling hooks, and making jobbers flop around the ring like fish?

You want someone who is serious almost all the time? Look at your boys Roman and Brock. Probably two of the most boring characters on the entire roster. Why would you want Braun to be that?

I could see it after he was champ for a while. Starts to get comfortable after having the belt and defending it successfully..some comedic moments here and there could work. He's supposed to be on a mission as a monster right now. I didn't like it tonight

They went too far with Big SHow doing goofy stuff, but they haven't gone too far yet with Braun, especially since he's a face. He's still menacing.

Yea, he said something about a "clash with reality" once too

As long as Braun isn’t wearing a diaper or on his knees begging Steph for forgiveness, there’s nothing wrong. Every good-great big man has done some form of comedy. Big men are the easiest to flip the switch for.

Austin didn't have comical moments to he was way over

Braun has been a comical MF for a while now. But I knew soon as that segment was over, people were gonna throw a fit.

He can't just throw his hands up and go 'RAAAAWWRRRR' forever... and he's comedic, but it's not jokey Cena comedic, it's like he's this big dude who beats the shyt outta people and even his jokes are about beatin' the shyt outta people.

My favorite wrestler of all-time was funny AF on the regular, and ain't nobody gonna tell me he wasn't legit.

Also, Austin was funny as fukk especially once he started really gettin' over... his delivery was serious but the shyt he did was funny. Just seeing him stun people outta nowhere was funny as hell, cause you knew it was comin' but the set-up for it was always comical.

People gotta relax... Braun been makin' me laugh since 'I'M NOT FINISHED WITH YOU!!!' and the crazy-ass feats of strength nshyt... even the stuff like tossin' Michael Cole off the stage and powerslamming people over and over... the dude is entertaining, and way better now than when he was "serious monster #436372" with the Wyatts.

Rock had some comedy and was still a threat when he needed to be.
He was much more than a threat.. He was the guy who ran his mouth and backed it up. He almost killed Foley and tried to murder Steve Austin. Dehumanized Chyna. Called Cripple H a queer without blinking. His charisma made the comedy work.... Not everyone can pull that off.. We've seen Booker T, Cena, Blandy str8 up copy his material almost word for word in some cases in desperate attempts to get more over than they thought they were but end up playing themselves.

Braun started a different flip with that Alexa stuff...
